Everyone has the right to live a life free from fear and abuse. We know that ending an abusive intimate relationship or cutting ties with abusive family members is incredibly difficult and we are committed to supporting survivors to make choices about their future so they can live safer lives. We take the responsibility of holding your personal information seriously and do all that is possible to secure it as we know how important it is for our clients safety.  

Our Privacy Notice will let you know exactly how we use and protect your personal information.

Complaints Policy

We are committed to providing a high quality transparent and accessible services, to everyone that we deal with. In order to do this we need you to tell us when we get things wrong. We want to help resolve any complaints as quickly as possible. We handle any expression of dissatisfaction with our service which calls for a response as a complaint. We listen to your complaints, treat them seriously and learn from them so that we can continuously improve our services.
