Executive Assistant Full Time - £26,274 pa Fixed term Contract until 31/03/2022

Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

Location Harlow (with some home working)

Main Purpose of the role:

To support the Chief Executive and Director of Business to lead and represent the organisation effectively by providing professional, high quality secretarial and administrative support.

The post requires the candidate to have:

  • Experience of having worked as an executive / personal assistant for senior level management
  • Experience / ability to manage and develop staff
  • Proficiency in using application software packages i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, email and internet
  • Experience of working in a Team and ability to work on own initiative
  • Experience of Customer Service
  • Experience of working with confidential information and Data protection in line with the GDPR guideline

Qualifications:

  • A relevant qualification e.g. GCSE’s – ITC, English Language / Literature, Maths

 Upon receiving an offer:

  • All staff must complete a DBS disclosure due to the nature of our services. You will also be required to bring proof of ID.
  • We are legally bound to check the eligibility of all candidates to work in the U.K. We therefore must have proof of your NI number (either the NI card or a recent wage slip.)
  • As you will be driving in the course of your duties we are also bound by law to make sure your vehicle is safe and road worthy. We must see your driving licence, Insurance and MOT before you start work. Also needs to be insured for Business use.
