What is the Muddy May Challenge?

5km Mud Run with a twist - obstacles, zip wire, slide, and plenty of mud at Nuclear Races in Brentwood.

Why are we asking you to get involved?

We provide refuge and support services to adult and child survivors of domestic abuse across Essex and Hertfordshire. During the Covid pandemic, we saw a huge increase in the demand for our services. We want to continue to provide the expert support that we do to those who need it.

How can you get involved?

You can donate to the appeal or you can take part in the event and fundraise for us.
